Our roots were planted over 45 years ago.

For Royal LePage Premium One Realty founder Alfredo Aiello, one crisp Ontarian morning was the moment that changed his life.

The pride and sense of accomplishment that filled Alfredo after his first sale of a home in Mississauga to a young, growing family was his starting point, and the beginning of our company.

From this one sale, Alfredo has gone on to build a reputable real estate business that has continued to expand for more than four decades.

As our company has grown and changed, so too has the team that run it. First on board was Massimo Aiello, Alfredo’s eldest son. By the age of only 19, Massimo had learned first-hand the intricacy of the property brokerage industry and so began the family core of Royal LePage Premium One Realty.

We have become expert brokers in residential low-rises, industrial and commercial real estate, new homes, in-fill sites, land acquisition and development and more while our resale division is networked by 45 award-winning realtors.

Royal LePage Premium One Realty has become synonymous with quality realty services in the Greater Toronto Area, offering the utmost care and professionalism to clients and partners alike.

For now, Alfredo and Massimo intend to continue building a legacy and expanding the business.
